At Alderox Canada, Inc. we believe in no accidents or incidents both on and off the job. We only desire people who believe in safety as a core value, not just an attitude while at work. When visiting a site for any reason, we ask that the team review safety policies and practices pertaining explicatively to the site. We recognize that we are not the experts when it comes to recognizing pertinent risks, hazards, and energy sources without the site’s help. We ask that both our employees and the site representatives spend time before going into the field discussing safety. Along with discussing safety we ask that our employees watch the backs of the people working with them and vice-versa. It is our goal to have all Alderox Canada, Inc. and site employees go home in the same condition they came to work in. We ask our employees to make use of “Consequence Thinking” which in the most simplistic way means thinking ahead before acting as most injuries happen when people are distracted or doing repetitious tasks and not being aware of changing conditions. At Alderox Canada, Inc. we recognize that our visit to the site isn’t going to be considered successful regardless of the outcome unless we follow good safety practices and don’t get anyone hurt in the process.
We take pride that the Alderox Canada, Inc. product line are environmentally safe products for use, therefore minimizing hazards during application. Alderox Canada, Inc.’s MRA, ARA and CRA products are the only EcoLogoM Certified products in the world. In order to qualify for an EcoLogoTM Certification the products were exhaustively tested to ensure they meet with the highest environmental standards put forth by Environment Canada.
